Katie, a Master Stylist, has been with us since we opened the doors at Lunatic Fringe Union Heights.  Since becoming our Salon Director, she has fostered a work environment of the utmost growth for our stylists.

Katie has gravitated towards the hair and beauty industry her whole life and pursuing a career as a hairdresser felt only natural. After graduating in cosmetology and esthetics at Paul Mitchell the School SLC, she assisted and worked at a few salons around the Salt Lake valley until she found her home away from home with Lunatic Fringe.

Katie specializes in blondes, balayage, extensions, and long hair.  She’s certified in Hair Talk extensions and completed the advanced training at the Business of Balayage. Katie has attended Bumble & Bumble University in New York for cutting training. Katie’s natural talents and desire for excellence will help you to bring out your best personal style.
