As a mentor at our Willow Creek location, Char our Onboarding Director, guides our new team members with growth and excellence.  With her passion for education, she teaches our new team members our guest experience, helps them navigate building their skill set, and helps them start their career behind the chair.

Char has always been extremely passionate about hair and the confidence that a great hair day gives you! She loves doing hair and it never feels like work; she can foil hair all day and be living her best life. Char understands the importance of continuing education and staying up on trends.

Char specializes in NBR extensions/handtied extensions, blonding, and lived-in colors. She is a part of the DKW styling education and is constantly learning and growing her extension skills, as well as taking other educational classes!

In her free time she loves to listen to true crime podcasts, play with her crazy puppy, Cooper, and loves to golf with her husband, Gavin!
