Hi, I’m Niko! (he/they)

I’ve been doing hair since 2023, but my love for creative, bold styles started way before then. Growing up, I was always drawn to colorful hair and edgy looks—thanks to my love for anime, K-pop, and the cool hairstyles my favorite characters and artists rocked. Even though I wasn’t allowed to lighten my dark hair as a kid, that didn’t stop me from experimenting. I tried everything from sharpies and chalk to grape and cherry Kool-aid, chasing the colorful hair of my dreams. I’d spend hours watching YouTube tutorials on ‘scene’ hair and how to dye it yourself, completely fascinated by the transformation process.

When I was old enough to get my hair professionally colored for the first time at 12 years old, I was obsessed on the results and knew I had to get my own hands on some real hairdye. By the end of high school, I had given myself just about every color in the rainbow.

Now, as a licensed stylist, I’m all about helping others express themselves the way I always wanted to. Whether you want vivid color, a super shaggy cut, or something totally unique to you, my chair is a space where you can feel safe, heard, and completely yourself—no matter who you are.

Outside of the salon, I love to camp, fish & hike. I also enjoy doing makeup and listening to music.
